These terms govern the use of the Cherishko service, a concierge that helps you put together, order and have gifts delivered. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.
1. The service
You describe a gift and a recipient; we prepare a quote; after your acceptance and payment, we source the products, prepare the package and arrange delivery, mainly in Tunisia.
2. Account
- You must provide accurate information and be entitled to use the associated email address (or Google / Facebook account).
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for your account activity.
- An unverified email address may limit certain actions (approving a quote, payment, opening a case).
3. Login via Google / Facebook
Social login is provided "as is" by Google and Facebook. We only use the data strictly necessary for authentication (see the Privacy Policy). You may unlink a provider provided you keep at least one usable login method.
4. Quotes, pricing and payment
- A quote indicates the total price (products, service fee, delivery included) and its validity period.
- Payment is made online via Stripe. The order is processed after payment confirmation.
- Product prices are estimated then confirmed in the quote; they may vary depending on supplier availability.
5. Delivery
Stated timeframes are indicative and depend on suppliers and the carrier. You undertake to provide an accurate and complete recipient address.
6. Cancellation and refunds
- Before accepting the quote: You may abandon your request or reject the quote at any time at no cost.
- After payment and before preparation: You may request the cancellation and full refund of your order directly from your account ("My requests" section or quote detail) or via our customer service.
- Refund eligibility limit: Once your order enters the preparation phase (purchases committed with suppliers, packaging preparation or parcel shipment), self-service refunds are no longer available. Any request is then reviewed case by case by our customer service based on costs already incurred.
- Refund terms: Approved refunds are issued by our team via our provider Stripe and credited directly back to the original payment method. Bank crediting times generally vary from 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for illegal, fraudulent or abusive purposes, and not to attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
8. Intellectual property
The site, its brand and its content belong to Cherishko or its partners. No rights are transferred to you beyond normal use of the service.
9. Liability
We implement reasonable means to provide a reliable service, without any guarantee against interruption or error. Our liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the amount of the order concerned.
10. Account deletion
You may request the deletion of your account and your data according to the procedure described on the Data Deletion page.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; the last update date appears at the top of the page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the version in force.
