Data Deletion
Dernière mise à jour : 30 Sep 2026
This page explains how to request the deletion of your personal data held by Cherishko, including data received when you sign in with Google or Facebook. It serves as "Data Deletion Instructions" for Meta / Facebook Login.
1. What you can request
- Unlink Google or Facebook from your Cherishko account (the social login is removed; your account remains usable if another login method exists).
- Fully delete your account and the associated personal data.
2. How to make the request
Send an email to contact@cherishko.com with:
- the subject "Data deletion request";
- the email address of your Cherishko account;
- if applicable, a mention of "Google login" or "Facebook login";
- the exact purpose of the request (unlinking a provider, or full account deletion).
We verify that the request genuinely comes from the account holder before processing it.
3. Timeframe
We acknowledge receipt within 72 hours and process the request within 30 days at most. We confirm by email once the operation has been completed.
4. What is deleted
- Your profile: first name, last name, email, phone, password (hash).
- Linked social accounts (provider identifier, email and name snapshot, avatar).
- Recipient details, preferences and customer service messages that are no longer necessary.
- Session tokens, "remember me" tokens and verification links.
5. What may be retained
Some information is retained for the legally required period, in a limited form not used for other purposes:
- invoices and accounting records for paid orders (accounting and tax obligations);
- minimal technical logs related to security and fraud prevention.
These elements are destroyed once their legal retention period expires.
6. Revoking access on the provider side
Independently of this request, you can revoke Cherishko's access directly from Google — Applications tierces or Facebook — Applications et sites web. This prevents any future social login but does not, by itself, delete data already stored with us: use the procedure above for that.
